AI Processing Agreement
Version 2026-10-23.1
This agreement explains which of your information goes to which AI provider, and why, when you start a generation in Clack AI, and it sets out your permission for this. It is accepted separately from the Terms of Use and explicitly; you cannot generate without accepting it, and until then none of your photos or prompts are sent to the providers. How your personal data is processed in general is described in the Privacy Policy.
Who does the generation
Images and videos are generated by models of the AI providers we work with. Which provider runs depends on the style or model you choose:
- fal: Features & Labels Inc., USA.
- Atlas Cloud: Atlas Cloud AI LLC, USA. Atlas Cloud may pass the request on to another provider that developed the model; the files it produces may come from Alibaba Cloud storage in the US West region.
- Siray: RUNEX AI PTE. LTD., Singapore.
If we add a new provider to this list, we update this agreement and ask for your permission again.
What is sent
- the photo you upload;
- if you chose a style, that style's description, which we wrote; if you used an AI model, the prompt you wrote;
- the settings you choose (such as size, duration, aspect ratio).
Your name, email address, year of birth, IP address and payment details are not sent to the providers. But if the photo you upload shows a face, or you wrote personal information into your prompt, that goes too; so do not put personal information you do not need into your prompt.
Why it is sent
Only to make the generation you asked for. We do not give this information to providers for advertising, profiling or any other purpose. This processing is needed to perform the contract between us (KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR art. 6/1-b). By accepting this agreement you explicitly allow the sending.
How long it stays
- With us: photos you upload are deleted after 3 hours; generations and prompts are deleted after 30 days.
- At fal: we ask fal to delete the files it produces after 24 hours and not to keep the content of the request in its own request history.
- At Atlas Cloud and Siray: their own terms apply; we cannot promise a period for them.
Model training
We do not use your photos, prompts or generations to train AI models.
Safety checks
The providers' safety systems may refuse a request or a result. We also have our own rule: if a prompt contains words that point both to a child and to sexuality, it is refused without ever being sent to a provider. What is recorded is not the prompt itself but only the terms that matched. This rule is based on a word list and cannot catch everything; the main checks are done by the providers' safety systems. No coins are spent on a refused request; if coins were set aside, they return to your balance automatically.
Age and real people
- You must be at least 13 years old to generate.
- You may upload a photo showing someone else only if you have that person's permission. When you upload it, it is you who passes that person's image to us to be sent to the providers; getting the permission is your responsibility.
- You may upload a photo of a child only if you are their parent or with their parent's permission.
- Generating content that sexualises, humiliates or misleadingly shows a real person is prohibited. The detailed rules are in the Terms of Use.
Transfers abroad
The providers are in the USA and Singapore; this means the information sent is transferred outside Türkiye and outside the European Economic Area.
Withdrawing your permission
This permission is a precondition for generating. Nothing is sent to the providers unless you start a new generation. If you want to withdraw your permission entirely, you can delete your account in the app on the Personal → Account and security screen; information already sent is deleted on the timelines above. Withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of what was sent before.
Changes
This agreement is versioned. For a material change, such as adding a new provider or changing what is sent, you are asked to read and accept the new version.
